Before You Send Your File

What contractors and architects ask before their first order.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF is the preferred format for printing — it maintains scale and line quality reliably. If you’re printing from Revit, export to PDF first. If you’re unsure, send the file and we’ll tell you if it’ll print cleanly.

What sizes can you print?

Standard architectural and engineering sizes: 11×17, 18×24, 24×36, 30×42, and 36×48. Custom sizes are available — if your drawing has an unusual dimension, call and we’ll confirm capability.

Do you print in colour or just black and white?

Both. Most construction drawings are B&W on bond paper — that’s the standard. Colour is available for renderings, presentation drawings, and colour-coded plans. Colour costs more than B&W — we’ll confirm pricing when you order.

Can you fold the prints for transport?

Yes. Standard engineering fold (accordion fold to letter size) is available. Let us know when you order. Rolled plans are also an option for drawings you want to keep flat.

What's the minimum order?

One print. There’s no minimum run. Whether you need a single 24×36 for a site visit or 15 complete plan sets for a tender, we handle both.

Do you offer blueprint scanning?

Yes. We scan existing drawings — including oversized plans up to 36×48. Useful for archiving old paper drawings, creating digital backups of site plans, or converting hand-drafted drawings to a shareable digital format. Bring your drawings in or call ahead for large sets.

Do you print BCIN stamped drawings?

Yes. If your designer or engineer has provided a stamped PDF, we print and reproduce it accurately. We don't provide or apply BCIN stamps — that comes from your qualified designer.
